SUMMARY:Birding at Chimney Rock Tour
DESCRIPTION:PROGRAM DETAILS\nThis program\, presented in partnership with the local chapter of the Audubon Society\, is a wonderful opportunity to observe and learn about birds native to the Chimney Rock area. Experienced Audubon birders will lead and assist the group\, walking nature trails in the lower area of CRNM  (no archaeological sites are included on this tour). This program takes place off-trail\, on uneven ground\, with some mild up and down walking.  Exact location will vary.  Please bring our own binoculars if you have them. \nKNOW BEFORE YOU GO\nMaking a reservation through the call center or website is the only way to guarantee a spot on this tour.  In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather\, rain checks will be available.  For details\, please call the Visitor Cabin (970-883-5359) 9:00 – 4:00 Mountain Time. \nSaturday\, September 25:  \n\nArrive for check-in 7:45am-8:00am.\nProgram is from 8:00am- 10:00am.\n\nTICKETS:\n\n$16.00/adult and $8.00/child (5-12)\nConsidered a non-refundable donation.\nA booking fee applies to each ticket purchased online or through the call center.\n\nReservations strongly recommended.
